Job summary

A property development firm is seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager to conduct market analysis and source potential projects. This role requires at least 8 years of experience in real estate and the ability to build strong relationships with investors and stakeholders. Assistant Business Development Manager (Property Developer)

Market Analysis & Sourcing: Research new markets, source land/projects, analyze feasibility, and identify investment opportunities

Strategy & Growth: Develop growth strategies, create business plans, and manage development pipelines

Partnerships & Networking: Build relationships with investors, tenants (anchor tenants/mix), contractors, consultants, and government bodies.

Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts, negotiating terms for JVs, leases, or sales.

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with authorities, manage investor relations, and ensure compliance.

Reporting: Track KPIs, report on progress, and forecast revenue for senior management.

Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirements:

Possess a recognized degree or equivalent professional qualifications in any discipline.

Candidates must possess at least 8 years working experience in real estate or property developer background.

Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Dynamic, ambitious and proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.

Mature, possess a pleasant personality, self-motivated, and able to multitask and work independently.

Excellent command of both written & spoken English

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
