About the role

The Assistant Bar Manager supervise the team and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and expertly delivered beverage and dining experience that reflects the Four Seasons’ standards of quality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.


What you will do


  • Maintain an elegantly appointed bar environment with a highly trained team committed to delivering an attentive and distinctive beverage experience.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction by creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests.

  • Demonstrate strong management skills to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the Bar.

  • Ensure all team members consistently demonstrate correct service techniques across all meal and beverage periods.

  • Interact with guests in a warm, friendly, yet unobtrusive manner, ensuring they feel welcomed throughout their entire dining experience.

  • Monitor and control the use of all food and beverage items, equipment, tools, and service ware to minimize waste and maintain efficiency.


What you bring


  • Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.

  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and luxury hospitality practices.

  • Proven ability to lead multicultural teams with empathy and effectiveness.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Mandarin or additional languages an advantage).

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
