Job description

Assist or lead in developing and presenting project proposals, managing design from concept to completion, including conceptual design, documentation, and authority submissions.

Adjust designs and plans in alignment with business development requirements.

Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

Assist or conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations.

Conduct site visits, attend meetings, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in architecture, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.

Proficient in design software such as GstarCAD/AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, SketchUp, Revit or ArchiCAD.

Proficiency in or willingness to learn ArchiCAD is preferred.

Strong technical drawing, creativity, and visualization skills, with knowledge of construction details preferred.

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, enabling effective collaboration and coordination within the team.
