Job summary

A leading e-commerce platform in Malaysia is looking for an Operations role to monitor staff attendance, manage asset recycling, and perform inventory checks across hubs. Candidates should preferably have a degree in Business or Supply Chain Management and experience in warehouse operations. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments. This role involves working five days a week at the Pulau Indah, Klang location.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines.
• Experience in warehouse asset operations preferred.
• Strong leadership skills for collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor asset staff & driver's attendance and submit OT reports.
• Investigate & report any abnormalities in recycling.
• Run cycle counts of hubs/regional centers and report to management.
• Assist asset team with transfer tasks in Automated Sorting Machine.
• Ensure all inbound & outbound of PDAs are completed daily.
