Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and safely.
• Train, mentor, and develop production staff.
• Monitor quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, 5S, Operational Excellence).
• Approve pressure testing activities according to company policies.
• Prepare production reports and track KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, with 5 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• 3–5 years’ experience in oilfield services, preferably subsea equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, team-building, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of production systems (SAP/IMAN) is an advantage.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Workshop-based environment with exposure to heavy machinery, chemicals, UV light, hot parts, and high noise.
• Frequent walking, standing, moderate lifting, bending, and stooping.
