Job Description

• Participate in the commissioning of assembly equipment and execute equipment maintenance plans;
• Engage in troubleshooting operational issues with assembly equipment;
• Analyze and monitor equipment operating status, proposing rational improvement recommendations;
• Report factual information to superiors, resolve subordinate disputes promptly, address issues immediately or escalate them with proposed rationalization suggestions;
• Assist relevant departments in organizing pre-employment and on-the-job training programs.

Job Requirements

• College degree or above
• More than 3 years of work experience in the Automation/Assembly industry
• Familiar with the structure, operating procedures, and maintenance requirements of assembly equipment;
• Good organizational coordination, judgment, communication, planning and execution skills;
• Familiar with product process validation, new product validation process and methods;
• Hardworking, responsible, and no bad record.
