• IBM certifications or ITIL certification will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support for AS400 systems.
• Conduct log analysis and troubleshoot system errors.
• Maintain and upgrade AS400 hardware and software as needed.
• Coordinate projects related to hardware installation.
