Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through store visitation, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of sales proposals to ensure customers are well-informed.
- Prepare and present sales contracts in accordance with company policies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues proactively to ensure satisfaction before and after the sale.
- Solicit and act upon customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
Performance & Strategy
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team sales goals.
- Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Significant, proven experience in Vape Industry or in a similar sales role may substitute for a degree. Candidates with a high school diploma and a strong sales record are encouraged to apply.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly advantageous.
