Key Responsibilities
  • Present, promote, and sell our products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through store visitation, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of sales proposals to ensure customers are well-informed.
  • Prepare and present sales contracts in accordance with company policies.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues proactively to ensure satisfaction before and after the sale.
  • Solicit and act upon customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
Performance & Strategy
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team sales goals.
  • Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Understand market trends and potential by researching industry and competitive developments.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Significant, proven experience in Vape Industry or in a similar sales role may substitute for a degree. Candidates with a high school diploma and a strong sales record are encouraged to apply.
