A local pharmacy in Selangor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their sales team and enhance the company's brand presence. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sales industry, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive attitude. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, mentoring new team members, and managing market feedback. A valid D class driving license and willingness to travel is mandatory.
To lead the Sales team in a given area to build company’s brand and grow the business
To devote full attention and efforts to the business of company and perform sales duties in order to achieve sales objective set by the management.
To perform job related to sales and feedback to management on market and competitor’s activities.
To mentor new sales representative and subordinates for improvement and trouble shoot on sales related issue
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Marketing/Business Admin or equivalent
Preferably with 5 years working experience in sales in pharmaceutical industry
Experience in pharmacy or clinic will be an added advantages
Good in communication skill and ability to manager people
Disciplined, self-motivated, proactive & result oriented with strong desire to succeed and ability to work under pressure and independently.
Must possess own transport with valid D class driving license.
Willing to travel outstation.
