Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area.

Training store managers in effective sales and supervisory techniques.

Design and jointly complete marketing activities for customers to increase franchise store sales.

Collaborating with other colleagues to ensure that operations are consistent across the board.

Required to travel outstation and conduct on-site duties at store locations as needed.

At least an STPM/Diploma qualification in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with positive mindset.

Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Able to communicate well in English, Malay and Mandarin as this role requires engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
