Job summary

A leading quick-service restaurant chain in Malacca City seeks a skilled individual for multi restaurant management. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company standards, maintain food quality and safety, and drive sales growth in the area. Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a diploma in Business Administration or Hospitality Management, are required. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role will excel in this challenging environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of multi restaurant management experience in QSR or hospitality.
  • Relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all restaurants comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in line with health regulations.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for the area.
  • Analyze financial reports (P&L, budgets) to identify trends and implement cost-control strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams.
  • Foster a positive work environment to promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all locations.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including labor and food safety laws.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on area performance, including sales and operational metrics.

Who we’re looking for:

A diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is required.
