A food and beverage company in Subang Jaya is seeking a manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets. This role requires a hands-on approach to both food preparation and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in the F&B industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to high standards of hygiene and safety. Responsibilities include compliance monitoring, staff training, and performance evaluations, ensuring all outlets meet company goals.
Manage and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the outlets daily operations matters.
Assist to prepare, execute and monitor the outlet standard operating procedures (SOPs) including ensuring that all outlets are compliance with the SOPs.
Provides leadership and control in the outlet to ensure customers receive good customer service.
Provides high food quality standard, practice good hygiene and maintain a good health and safety standard in all the outlets.
Prepares reports (daily, weekly and monthly).
Monitor all outlets expenses and ensure actual expenses are within the budgeted range, for the profitability of the outlets.
Monitor sales targets of all the outlets, to ensure overall company sales target is met.
Conduct periodic outlets inspection in a prompt and adequate manner and produce an inspection report with findings and solutions to management.
Monitor the manpower level of each outlet and conduct recruitment to ensure sufficient manpower to operate in each outlet.
Conduct training for outlet new joiners including periodic training to further equip outlet staff with new operational knowledge.
Monitor staff performance of all outlets and ensure prompt actions in place to address the outlet staff issues.
Assist in new outlet opening, include matters not limited to outlet equipment ordering, including raw material ordering, and hiring & training of new outlet staffs.
Candidate may possess at least SPM/Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 2-3 years of working experiences in F&B industry, preferably from Restaurant Manager background.
Must hands on with cooking or at least on food and beverages preparations.
Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.
Analytical.
Good in solving problems and make firm, good, reliable decision.
Confident with strong leadership skills. Ability to lead a team.
Pleasant interpersonal skills, able to interact well with all level.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Possess own transport and willing to travel .
