The Area Manager is responsible for managing and improving the performance of multiple Ayam Gepuk AG outlets within a designated area. This role ensures operational excellence, consistent food quality, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple Ayam Gepuk AG outlets
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, hygiene, and service standards
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Monitor and control food cost, labor cost, wastage, and expenses
- Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and operational evaluations
- Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and restaurant teams
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, halal requirements, and health & safety regulations
- Manage customer feedback and resolve escalated complaints effectively
- Coordinate with HQ on promotions, marketing campaigns, and new menu rollouts
- Prepare and submit operational and sales reports
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably multi‑outlet management
- Strong leadership, communication, and people‑management skills
- Good understanding of restaurant KPIs, food cost, and inventory control
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
