Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily operations of multiple outlets within the assigned area to ensure operational excellence.
  • Ensure sales targets, profitability, and KPIs are achieved across all outlets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and team leaders to improve performance and staff retention.
  • Monitor compliance with company standards, SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and customer service quality.
  • Analyze sales performance, operational reports, and financial data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with HQ departments (HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of company initiatives.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support recruitment, training, and manpower planning for outlets.
  • Assist in executing promotions, campaigns, and new outlet openings.
