Job description

Supervise and support daily operations of assigned motor branches, ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance for each branch.
  • Set and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop branch managers and their teams.
  • Handle performance appraisals and recommend staff improvements or training needs.
  • Facilitate teamwork and resolve branch-level HR issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all branches.
  • Implement service standards and follow-up on feedback or complaints.
  • Monitor vehicle stock movement, aging inventory, and stock orders.
  • Oversee physical asset management and upkeep of branch facilities.
  • Prepare regular performance and operational reports for management.
  • Forecast sales trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
