About the Job
  • Act as the main technical advisor on site, interpreting construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications for subcontractors and site operatives.
  • Perform setting out, leveling, and surveying to ensure the accurate positioning of works. Oversee day-to-day construction operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all materials and work performed strictly adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and local building regulations.
  • Prepare daily site reports, monitor progress against the master schedule, and resolve any unexpected technical issues or discrepancies that arise on site.
  • Liaise with suppliers for material requisitions and delivery, manage site plant/equipment, and ensure efficient allocation of labor.
  • Rigorously enforce site safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
What you need to succeed
  • At least a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or relevant.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in industrial construction projects.
  • Architectural experience in industrial projects.
  • Strong technical acumen, proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, and excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work 6 days.
