Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced architect to produce complete sets of architectural drawings for various stages. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, a diploma in architecture or equivalent, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and SketchUp. Responsibilities include conducting site measures, coordinating drawings, and adhering to standard conventions in drafting and layering.

Qualifications

• Able to produce a complete set of architectural drawings for tender, submission and construction independently.
• Able to conduct site measure and information and produce drawings.
• Able to cross check and overlay and coordinate drawings among different consultant drawings.
• Able to draft out designer’s sketches to working drawings standards.
• Understand and able to produce drawings in the standard layering and drafting conventions.
