General Requirements

1. Years of working experience: Min. 3 years
2. Important pre-requisite/ must-have experience:
   • managed and dealt before with clients (high-end clients preferred)
   • manage & lead projects to handover
   • priority for the candidate who managed before PREMIUM residential projects with MIN. bungalow level
3. Qualification: Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
4. Required languages: English (Good), BC (Good), Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Required Skills: Thorough thinker & Efficient executor
6. Software literacy: Autocad, Sketchup, Vray, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
7. Highly efficient & no procrastination
8. Able to work independently without supervision throughout the process
9. Always reporting / updating automatically

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in architectural practice
• Former sales architect
