Job description

Lead end-to-end delivery of data center construction projects, from feasibility and design coordination through procurement, construction supervision, commissioning, and handover. This role owns cost control, schedule and quality assurance, contract and change management, and stakeholder communication for multi-disciplinary programs, ensuring full compliance with local building codes and data center standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Engage in feasibility studies for data center construction, focusing on cost control and reviewing plans.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understand data center standards and local building codes in Southeast Asia (SEA).
• Design Coordination: Lead architectural design efforts, collaborating with local teams and reviewing construction plans.
• Technical Oversight: Manage product selection, oversee equipment bidding, and ensure designs meet project plans.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other disciplines and solve on-site issues, ensuring familiarity with construction procedures.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with consultants, owners, government bodies, suppliers, and contractors in SEA projects.
• Construction Supervision: Ensure contractors adhere to project plans and maintain quality.
• Project Management: Oversee planning and interior design within the construction phase.
