Client Liaison
- Liaise directly with clients to understand, clarify, and document user requirements.
- Maintain good client relationships and ensure design intent aligns with operational needs.
Design Support
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp models for concept and detailed design stages.
- Assist in proposal development with consideration for functionality, aesthetics, constructability, and passive fire safety compliance.
Coordination
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating with C&S and M&E consultants, as well as internal teams (Builders and QS).
- Assist in compiling authority submission documents and tracking approval timelines, including inspections and CCC.
Documentation & Presentation
- Maintain proper design documentation, drawings, and version control.
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings in both English and Mandarin.
Requirements
Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or equivalent discipline.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting, and presentations.
Special Knowledge & Learning Mindset
- Basic knowledge of passive fire design principles is required (e.g. fire-rated walls and doors, compartmentation, means of egress, smoke control).
- Prior M&E knowledge is not mandatory, however candidates must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, especially within M&E-intensive projects involving HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, ELV/ICT, and hydraulics.
Soft Skills & Language
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and consultants.
- Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good written and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
