JOB BRIEF: We are looking for an IT professional with a keen interest in automating IT service management and log analysis workflows. The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a role focused on GLPI and ELK Stack administration preferably, and must be able to demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting skills.

YOU WILL:

• Automate Workflows: Develop and maintain automation playbooks, scripts, and integrations to streamline processes in GLPI and the ELK Stack.
• Manage & Administer Systems: Design, implement, and maintain the GLPI and ELK Stack environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Administrative Experience: Has experience as or have worked as a Unix/Windows administrator/engineer.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions and monitoring dashboards.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Act as a key resource for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to GLPI, ELK, and their automation workflows.
• Document Processes: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest features, security patches, and best practices for GLPI, ELK, and related automation technologies.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) and/or automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
• Experience with application deployment, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and security protocols.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills
