Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, partners, and project teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery across all phases.
- Lead your team in providing technical and commercial support during the pre-order stage, ensuring proposals meet customer requirements.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of complex machinery sales projects—from initial offer through planning, execution, and delivery—while maintaining clear communication and coordination.
- Take ownership of technical documentation and manage interdisciplinary project teams worldwide, including on-site activities at customer locations.
- Drive smooth project implementation by identifying risks early, planning countermeasures, and maintaining control throughout execution.
- Monitor progress through regular status updates, milestone tracking, and cost control to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Ensure effective planning and resource allocation to achieve project objectives and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business with a strong technical foundation.
- Leadership roles and hands‑on technical exposure.
- Proven track record in customer engagement and relationship management.
- Solid expertise in project management with international exposure.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for complex technical topics.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel globally, with a primary focus on Southeast Asia.
