We are looking for result-oriented and dynamic individuals to be part of our team as Sales Engineer. As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible to promoting and selling our wide range of products to both new and existing customer. The ideal candidate would be someone with strong technical understanding of machineries and cutting tools, excellent communication skills with a proven track record in Sales. We also welcome fresh graduates to apply with us. Responsibilities:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the product knowledge and able to identify pain points and grasp information provided by stakeholders by trying to solve their issue by proposing the right machine and cutting tools
  • Implementing creative sales strategies to identify and reaching out to customers from various industries
  • To build and maintain solid relationship with new and existing customers
  • To confidently prepare quotation and proposing to customers on the area of pricing, product specifications and delivery schedules
  • To conduct market analysis to monitor trends, market conditions and identifying opportunity and threats
  • To confidently negotiate with customers on the terms and conditions of the sales agreements – delivery lead time, payment terms and pricing
