Job summary

Bechem Technologies Sdn Bhd, an Environmental Engineering firm in water treatment located in Shah Alam, Selangor, is seeking a talented Application Engineer to join our team.

Your responsibilities
  • Executing & preparing AutoCAD/Engineering drawings with guidance within the agreed timescale.
  • Deliver accurate project drawings & schedule within the agreed timescale
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects & customers’ sales.
  • Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering management issues.
  • Involve in designing, installing and commissioning new system, monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes & system.
  • Participate in the development of technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials
  • Work with other departments, contractors and customers to ensure specifications are clear and complete.
  • Provide on-site support and training to customers as needed
  • Carry out any other relevant tasks and technical works requested by the Company
Requirements
  • Engineering Degree / Diploma or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in water treatment and design experience would be advantageous
  • Highly skillful in AutoCAD and proficient in using engineering software and tools, such as CAD, simulation software, and data analysis tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
