Qualifications

Responsibilities

1. Strong working knowledge of Sage 300, especially modules such as Inventory Control (IC), Order Entry (OE), Purchase Orders (PO), and Manufacturing / AutoSimply modules (M/F, P/P, S/C).
2. Ability to generate production reports, material usage, and cost analysis through Sage 300.
3. Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.
4. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with Sage.
5. General IT tasks as required by the organization.

Requirements

1. Related working experience of 3-5 years in Sage 300 or similar software and/or IT support.
2. Experience with barcode scanning systems, BOM setup, and MRP planning is an added advantage.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Crystal and Sage related reporting applications.
4. Experience in IT Support is added advantage.
