Overview

A professional who is responsible for providing guidance and support to clients in the requirement, implementation, and maintenance of software applications. Able to work with clients to understand their business requirements and identify software solutions that will meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Based on the requirements gathered, design and configure the software application to meet the client's needs, including setting up workflows, data structures, and user interfaces.
• Work with clients to implement the software application, including configuring the system, migrating data, and setting up user accounts.
• Test the software application to ensure that it is working as expected and that all requirements are met.
• Communicate with the client\'s IT team on issues and enhancements.
• Provide ongoing customer support to clients, including responding to user questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on best practices.
• Provide L1 & L2 end-user support and ensure that the software application runs smoothly, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing updates and patches.

Qualifications

• Education: A diploma, bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Technical skills: Basic SQL knowledge and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience: Prior software development experience, especially in designing and developing software applications, is a plus.
• Industry knowledge: Knowledge of the IT software industry; experience in the healthcare domain (HL7/FHIR, DICOM) is advantageous.
• Soft skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to work with clients and team members; strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Certifications: Relevant professional certification is a plus.
