Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction and facilities/IT/security systems infrastructure.
• Extensive experience in engineering, construction, or project management within high-tech environments.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement projects and MEPSF systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on infrastructure design and lab implementation for multi-generational product lines.
• Evaluate project requests, assessing feasibility, budget, and timelines.
• Oversee design, permitting, and construction processes, ensuring compliance with standards.
