Animal & Pet HealthCare - Sales Executive (Southern)

The opportunity:
Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for animal and pet healthcare products? ISHARING PHARMACY SDN BHD is seeking a talented, full-time Sales Executive (Southern) to join our team and help drive sales growth in Johor, Melaka and Negeri Sembilan. Our company office is based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales of our animal and pet healthcare products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and secure new business opportunities.

Provide excellent customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns.

Attend industry events and trade shows to network and showcase our products.

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Provide detailed sales reports and analysis to management.

Who we're looking for:

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the animal or pet healthcare industry is preferred. Training will be provided to fresh graduates. Pet lovers are welcomed to apply too.

Possess own car and driving license, keen to travel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in the Southern regions. Our potential customers: veterinary clinics, pet shop, pet salon, pet cafe, pet hotel, etc.

Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to manage customer relationships and data.

Consistently improve product and pet healthcare knowledge, present relevant soft skills to get understanding of customer's requirements and acceptance.
