A global financial institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Analyst for Security Operation & Administration. Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree in IT/Information Security or equivalent.
• Experience in Access Management/Security Administration will be an added advantage.
• Possess CompTIA Security A+, ITIL v4 Foundation or equivalent/higher will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable to work staggered hours (on weekly rotation basis).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Perform accurate user access provisioning via ITSM tool.
• Perform reviews on system and application user access matrix.
• Perform reviews and reconciliation of User IDs and accesses.
• Perform monitoring of outgoing emails based on SLA and SMBC's Rules for Managing information.
• Assist in developing, reviewing and execution of information security policies, standards and procedures adhering to regulations.
• Ensure timely escalation to Team Lead, Deputy Head or Head of Department in case of any issues.
• To perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Deputy Head of Department/Management from time to time.
