Job summary

A leading staffing solutions provider seeks an Analyst specializing in SAP MM and ARIBA in Kuala Lumpur. This permanent position requires a degree in Computer Science and 2-4 years of regional system support experience. Responsibilities include acting as the primary technical contact for various systems, providing Level 2 support, and training end users. Ideal candidates should understand Procure-to-Pay processes and promote SAP best practices across teams. Attractive salary between RM4,000 and RM6,000.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in regional system support, specifically focusing on SAP MM, Concur, and ARIBA.
  • Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and cloud-based procurement solutions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact (SPOC) for SMS, SAP, Concur, and ARIBA, supporting both internal IT teams and external vendors.
  • Provide Level 2 support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring all incidents and service requests meet strict SLA targets.
  • Perform hands‑on system customization, configuration, and monitoring of error notifications to maintain optimal performance.
  • Promote SAP best practices and act as an “SAP Ambassador” to increase system proficiency and adoption across the user base.
  • Develop and deliver business process training to end users across various ASPAC locations to ensure smooth system integration.
  • Partner with Lead Analysts and business stakeholders to align functional delivery with broader finance and organizational goals.
