Analyst, Card Operations (Penang, Malaysia)

Reinvent finance with Reap to build an intelligent, efficient, and resilient card operational foundation. We are seeking a meticulous Card Operations Analyst to join our team at Reap. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our card operations from end to end, overseeing manufacturing, design, card logistics, BIN operations, and coordination with partners like Visa and Google for Digital Wallet Activations.

This role will be based in Malaysia, Penang. The successful candidate may occasionally (approximately 10% of the working week) be requested to work during Central Standard Time (CST) to facilitate global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Card Design Operations
    • Oversee card design processes, including advising on designs based on client requirements
    • Manage day-to-day card operations, including manufacturing coordination with vendors
    • Maintain detailed documentation of card specifications and production requirements
    • Spearhead new Card Design initiatives
  • Card Logistics Operations
    • Manage inventory management, distribution, and tracking of cards
    • Coordinate shipping and delivery processes with logistics partners
    • Monitor delivery performance metrics and track inventory levels
    • Spearhead new Card Logistics initiatives
  • BIN Operations
    • Manage Bank Identification Number (BIN) operations and allocation
    • Ensure compliance with BIN-related regulations and payment card industry standards
    • Coordinate with banking partners and optimize BIN usage for different card programs
    • Spearhead new BIN initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience & Technical Skills: 1+ years in operations or related fields with understanding of manufacturing processes, card logistics, and BIN management. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, graphic design tools, and Gsuite Tools.
  • Knowledge & Adaptability: Familiarity with digital payment solutions and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Working Hours & Language: Ability to work in HKT hours with occasional flexibility for CST collaboration. Fluency in English.
