A global technology company is seeking a professional to manage the APAC benefits portfolio and compensation programs. This role involves supporting compensation and benefits policies, working with HR teams, and leading change initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on Compensation and Benefits management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. The position is located in Malaysia, specifically in Penang, Seberang Perai.
Reporting to the Director, APAC Total Rewards, the role will be accountable for the APAC benefits portfolio and compensation for key markets in the region, with a primary focus on Malaysia.
