Qualifications

• 3-4 years of KYC/CDD experience within the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team to maximize staff output.
• Review process workflow for efficiency.
• Perform quality assurance checks on KYC/CDD.
• Provide advisory on KYC/CDD to team members.
• Escalate AML/CFT issues to Country Compliance.
• Ensure timely completion of KYC reviews.
• Obtain approvals for exceptions per guidelines.
• Conduct monthly reporting as required.
• Provide training to new joiners.
• Review team members’ performance and provide feedback.
• Attend to ad-hoc requests promptly.
