Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in AML-related learning and development, audit/QA, due diligence, and investigations.
• Required experience in quality assurance or investigative work with leadership involvement.
• Solid understanding of BSA/AML regulations and risk mitigation strategies.

• Lead a small team ensuring quality and efficiency in QA reviews and training.
• Oversee QA review processes for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Create training materials based on QA trends and errors.
