Job description
About Toniiq

Toniiq is a fast-growing, science-driven supplements brand selling primarily on Amazon. We manage a large catalog and rely on accurate data to understand performance, trends, and risks.

We are rebuilding this role to specifically target candidates with real Amazon FBA reporting experience — ideally from aggregators or Amazon-focused agencies supporting brands doing $5M–$15M+ per year.

This role is NOT:
  • PPC
  • Brand management
  • Data engineering
  • Amazon VA work

We need a true Amazon Analyst who has produced real dashboards, weekly KPI reports, and SKU-level insights for private-label brands.

Role Overview

The Amazon FBA Performance Analyst will own weekly reporting, SKU performance tracking, launch monitoring, and insights across our Amazon catalog.

Your job is to turn raw Amazon data into clear, reliable dashboards and concise insights — so leadership never needs to dig through Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities
Weekly KPI Reporting
  • Maintain and update weekly KPI dashboards (Sales, units, TACoS/ACOS, CPC, sessions, CVR, ranking)
  • Clean and organize raw data from Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Ads, and other tools
  • Identify anomalies, unusual movements, and early warning signals
SKU Performance Analysis
  • Manage reporting for 50–200+ SKUs
  • Track performance trends and highlight risks/opportunities
  • Provide snapshots for revenue, margin, traffic, and conversion
Launch Reporting
  • Build and maintain launch scorecards (Day 1/3/7/14/30)
  • Monitor ranking movements and keyword momentum
  • Flag issues immediately
Insights & Summaries

Write short and clear summaries each week, highlighting:

  • What’s working
  • What’s not
  • What changed
  • What needs attention
Event & Promotion Analysis
  • Support reporting for Prime Day, Black Friday, deals, coupons
  • Provide post-event summaries
Must-Have Experience (Non-negotiable)
  • 3–4+ years of experience as an Amazon Analyst (Not VA, not PPC, not engineer.)
  • Experience working with private-label brands doing $5M–$15M+ annual Amazon revenue (one brand or cumulative across multiple)
  • Background in either:
    • An Amazon Aggregator (Thrasio, Perch, Elevate Brands, SellerX, Razor, Boosted Commerce, Heyday, etc.)
    • An Amazon-focused agency handling large private-label portfolios
Reporting Expertise
  • Weekly KPI dashboards
  • SKU-level reporting (50–200+ SKUs)
  • Launch and ranking tracking
  • TACoS/ACOS understanding
  • Ability to clean messy Amazon data
Technical Skills
  • Strong Google Sheets / Excel (lookups, pivots, filters, logic formulas, charts)
  • Strong written English for insights summaries
  • High attention to detail
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with Helium10/Brand Analytics/SQPs
  • Experience automating basic reporting (Sheets functions, GPT for cleanup)
  • Familiarity with Amazon Ads basics (not PPC management)
Other Job Information
  • Part-time: 10–20 hours/week
  • Fully remote
  • Some overlap with US Eastern Time required
