Computing Platform BU is the core Big Data and AI product division of Alibaba Cloud. The department provides customers with Big Data and AI product capabilities to help them build industry-leading, stable and reliable big data analysis platforms, cloud-native data warehouses, data lakehouse, and AI large-scale model training and inference platforms, meeting customer demands in big data and AI analytics scenarios. Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and standardization of big data and AI product solutions, responsible for the full process solution support from pre-sale to delivery.
2. Familiar with and understand typical industry big data & AI solutions, extract typical product scenarios for industry-specific big data & AI, and summarize and promote industry strategies and solutions.
3. Based on Alibaba Cloud's big data & AI product capabilities, assist clients with product deployment and implementation, solving issues encountered in customer big data scenarios through various big data industry solutions.
4. Responsible for producing overall solution architecture design documents, managing changes to the overall technical solution, and designing new solutions based on customer needs identified during operations.
5. Collaborate with business, product R&D, and delivery teams to advance benchmark customers and act as the person responsible for the competitiveness of product solutions, influencing key decisions of industry companies.
6. Enable and support Alibaba Cloud's business team in gaining market share and be responsible for the growth of the products.
7. Identify and provide feedback on common industry needs, promote the enhancement of cloud product big data & AI capabilities, and create competitive big data & AI products in the industry.

Position Requirement

1. Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related fields (with solid fundamentals in statistics, machine learning, modeling, and data analysis and mining), preferably at the undergraduate level or above, with relevant experience in big data in the industry.
2. Over 5 years of relevant work experience in enterprise-level big data product development, product commercialization, and pre-sales management, with comprehensive oversight abilities in product decision-making, execution, and vision planning aimed at customers, promoting the application of Alibaba Cloud big data products. Experience in cloud vendors within the internet industry is preferred.
3. Relevant industry data application capabilities, with practical experience in the implementation of big data applications in specific sectors, able to explore detailed business scenarios for big data applications and drive the amplification of industry data value.
4. Strong business collaboration abilities, with good team communication and collaborative skills to facilitate the smooth advancement and delivery of large projects involving multiple businesses and roles, leading the team to achieve results.
5. Experience in relevant projects related to data warehousing, data modeling, and data governance, proficient in at least one distributed computing framework such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink, with an understanding of their architecture and working principles.
6. Experience with practical cases of data analysis/algorithm application, with complete project experience in goal-oriented modeling and model effectiveness verification preferred.
7. Familiarity with mainstream big data products in the industry, such as AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Databricks, and Huawei Fusion Insight, among core competitors is preferred.
8. Must possess good communication skills, with strong English communication abilities to engage effectively with international clients.
