Qualifications

  • Reservation/sales and ticketing experience required.
  • Completion of advance courses in Reservations and Ticketing.
  • Must have the right to live and work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising operations of airport kiosk or ticketing desk.
  • Responsible for ticketing, reservation, and customer service.
  • Increasing revenue through ancillary sales.
  • Monitoring sales activities and financial reconciliation.
  • Supporting airport operations as needed.

Skills

Fluency in English
Knowledge of major Computer Reservation Systems
Customer service handling
PC-based skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
