Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in Airline/Customer base with a degree.
• 3-4 years of working experience in Airline/Customer base with a diploma.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall ground operations at the station.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Monitor performance of Ground Service Providers.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations to avoid disruptions.
• Manage resources efficiently to meet operational standards.
