About the Role: We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality conversational experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using NLP and machine learning techniques.
• Integrate chatbots with third-party services, APIs, CRMs, and enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams).
• Build conversational flows, dialogue management, intent recognition, and entity extraction logic.
• Fine-tune language models for specific domains or use cases using tools like Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson Assistant.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and data scientists to ensure high-quality, human-centered conversational design.
• Monitor chatbot performance and continuously improve accuracy, engagement, and user satisfaction.
• Implement analytics, logging, and monitoring for chatbot interactions and user behavior.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with ethical AI practices in conversational systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

Required Skills: Proficiency in NLP and machine learning techniques, experience with chatbot frameworks, and strong programming skills.

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with UX design principles and experience in analytics tools.

Pay range and compensation package: RM6,000-RM7,999
