GenTech AI Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and forward‑thinking AI Agent & Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. This full‑time position, based in Kuala Lumpur, offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting‑edge web technologies with a strong focus on AI Agent development. If you're passionate about both full stack development and the future of intelligent web systems, this role is for you.

We will provide hands‑on training in AI Agent development tools and frameworks. Candidates with existing experience in AI Agents will be at a distinct advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project goals and deliver intelligent web applications
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front‑end interfaces using modern web frameworks
• Build robust back‑end systems using server‑side technologies and scalable architecture
• Integrate AI Agents (such as custom agents using LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI/DeepSeek, Vector DB, or similar frameworks) into web platforms to automate workflows, enhance user experience, and drive innovation
• Participate in full SDLC: planning, development, deployment, monitoring, and support
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
• Stay updated with industry trends in both web and AI development
• Troubleshoot, debug, and provide technical support when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Solid experience in back‑end: Node.js, Python, etc.
• Familiar with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Experienced using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Trae
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI Agent tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI/DeepSeek, Vector DB, or similar
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team collaboration skills
• A growth mindset and passion for emerging tech

No prior experience in AI Agents required — if you’re a fast learner with solid full stack skills, we’ll train you in cutting‑edge AI Agent development.
