Position Overview

You will act as the bridge between our clients and internal AI/technical team — managing communication, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth delivery of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal AI/tech teams
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and managing documentation
  • Maintain clear records and project tracking reports
Requirements
