Job summary

A leading insurance company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dedicated training coordinator to manage and develop training programs for agents. This role involves ensuring agents meet their training requirements, conducting training events, and providing continuous support for agents' development. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have strong communication skills. An ability to converse in multiple languages is preferred, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.
  • Position based in Kuala Lumpur with domestic travel required.
  • Open to candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure agents fulfill yearly mandatory training requirements.
  • Develop and monitor training programs and tools.
  • Conduct various training programs for agency forces.

Job description
  • Ensure agents fulfill their yearly mandatory training requirements
  • Educate agents on company profile, product details, sales-cycle, selling skills, compliance
  • Working together with business development team in achieving sales target
  • In-charge for in house and residential programs
  • Continuous support for agencies training and development
  • Develop new modules / enhance existing modules.
  • Training administration - tracking and monitoring training fulfilment
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and monitoring effectiveness of the training programs, usage of sales-tools, multimedia visual aids
  • Evaluate Training Needs Analysis and plan the training program that support productivity and achieve the company goal
  • Continue to meet regulator's requirements esp. on BSC, PITA and others
  • Conduct training program to agency forces namely - new agents orientation program, product training, compliance training, financial planning, effective selling skills program, soft-skills, motivational and other related program & training requirements fulfillment
  • Assist on organizing training events and Company events (Agency Awards Presentation, Agency Kick-Off, Branch level Events, New Products Launching)
  • Focus more on agents training and development, activation and productivity- new & active agents
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Position is based in Kuala Lumpur and able to travel domestically.
  • Good communications skills and able to converse in two or more languages.
  • Open towards candidates with 1-2 Years working experience in related field.
