Job description

Responsibilities

• Achieve yearly targets for aftersales, body & paint, parts, and accessories.
• Lead and guide Service Heads and Service Advisors to meet sales and service goals.
• Manage front office operations to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on warranty, cash, and credit transactions.
• Monitor and control WIP, back orders, follow-ups, appointments, and service reminders.
• Ensure timely submission of service campaigns, technical, and warranty reports.
• Maintain workshop 5S standards, safety, cleanliness, and facility upkeep.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
