Job Description

Conduct professional consultations on aesthetic concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans to achieve patient goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

Convert consultations into treatment sales (packages, memberships, product upselling).

Educate clients on treatment protocols, pre/post-care instructions, and realistic outcomes.

Achieve monthly branch sales targets, both individual and team-based.

Answering to customers inquiries online or offline efficiently with the aim of converting to sales.

Assist doctor during consultations and treatment sessions.

Perform medical-grade facial treatments safely and comfortably.

Assist doctors in procedure preparation (setting up machines, preparing injectables, maintaining sterile environment etc.).

Perform follow-up calls/messages to check on patient recovery and encourage repeat visits.

Handle routine inventory stock count and ensure treatment rooms are clean and well-prepared.

Work with the team to achieve monthly KPI and sales targets.

Support branch manager in inventory, cash handling, and petty cash accountability.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in the aesthetic / beauty / healthcare industry is preferred.

Candidates without experience are welcome – training will be provided.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or beauty industry.

Team player, independent, and proactive with a positive attitude.

Pleasant personality with well-groomed and professional appearance.

Good communication in English, BM, & Mandarin (Added BONUS).
