Responsible for managing daily leads enquiries received from different marketing channels
Provide counselling and guidance on admissions requirements to prospective parents/students.
To work with Marketing & Admission manager on meeting the monthly and yearly enrolment targets
To ensure related enquiries information and updated marketing activities/events are precisely keyed into Marketing Module/ CRM on a daily basis.
Team lead for admission team – Work on admission funnel to manage leads to enrolment conversion.
Responsible for all correspondence inquiries, advice on enrolment and provide support to parents/students throughout the enrolment process.
Ensure that excellent and timely customer service are provided at all times to students, parents and other stakeholders in line with the schools procedure and vision. To call new opportunities assigned daily.
To secure appointments and follow up with prospects who are not turning up for appointments.
To actively identify, acquire, and develop new sales and collaboration opportunities with the external parties such as education fair in shopping mall etc. and to convert the unconverted leads into opportunities.
To maintain consistent contact with prospective students throughout the enrollment process and, achieve defined sales objectives/target.
Outstanding communication and relationship with internal (within school) and external stakeholders (feeder markets) are established and maintained.
Manage day-to-day administrative activities and maintain operational effectiveness within the Department.
Ensure relevant policy, procedure and guidelines governing the Admissions Department are in place.
To advise the Finance Department on the billing of new students and to ensure collection of fees from the new parent are made prior to their child/children starting school
To assist and invigilate assessment tests for prospective students. These include arranging for the marking and safekeeping of the test papers, to inform parents on the results and to conduct follow-up until registration/enrolment
Assist the Marketing & Admission Manager in preparing the electronic direct mail (EDM) campaign via customer relationship management (CRM) system on course enquiries as needed.
Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strength's and weaknesses; forecasting projected businesses; establishing target market share.
Assist the Marketing & Admission Manager in identifying and evaluating school characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
Evaluate marketing activities and idea for continuous improvements on performance of marketing initiatives.
Assist and support on all marketing calendar on all activities and campaigns be implemented at a timely and effective manner.
Analyse market trend and identify key growth opportunities, develop competitor’s benchmark and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour.
Conduct surveys to gather feedback for continuous improvements.
To assist the Heads of Schools, Principal and Marketing Department in the production of promotional materials.
Support the Manager on content planning and management for all medias and Below-The-Line (BTL) materials (brochures, posters, flyers etc).
Support the Marketing & Admission Manage in executing all organic communication campaigns (e-channels, social media, on-ground, etc), and marketing events.
Assist the Manager to analyse, monitor and measure marketing activity effectiveness and track performance (increase sales, followers, building awareness, engagement, content and message).
Assist manager in identifying insights, defining need-states and gaps and developing marketing strategies to address such opportunities according to target groups and other markets.
Assist Marketing Manager in the development, networking, and creation of new partnerships with schools (government school) via regular visits and relationship building.
Coordinate the Company’s presence at exhibitions.
Represent and promote the Company at event launches, trade fairs and exhibitions.
Conduct postmorterm analysis for every event.
To be involved in other ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by the Company.
