Qualifications

  • Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experience in office or facilities management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office administrative operations for HQ and nationwide offices.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of office and effective communication across departments.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Monitor operating costs, budgets, and resources for cost efficiency.
  • Develop and improve office policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Supervise administrative staff.
  • Coordinate meetings with the Employee Experience Department.
