Responsibilities
  • Managing and update office administration any work related to administrative executive's task.
  • Handling emails and other forms of correspondence
  • To effectively support a team in preparing tender documents, focus on clearly defining project requirements, gathering necessary information, and ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • To support a team in preparing for an ISO audit, focus on training, documentation, internal audits, and clear communication.
  • All related administrative tasks including updating Records and informing relevant departments if necessary as well as any related administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Office Management, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to speak and write in English
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
