Job Responsibilities
  • Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness - Sales Order, Proforma Invoice, Job Order, Stock Transfer, Delivery Order, and Invoices.
  • Coordinate, prepare and process sales order activities and delivery schedule, ensuring all sales orders are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with other departments (workshop / logistic), arrange deliveries in a timely manner by ensuring customer expectations are met.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate various projects to ensure seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Supervise project procurement process inform clients on unforeseen delays or problems
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist sales executives with tender and proposals material.
  • Serve as a key intermediary between customers and the sales team, effectively relaying information and requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Sales Admin/ Sales Support.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and flexible to adapt to changes.
  • Must have computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (Due to business nature)
  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
