Job summary

A leading technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a dedicated HR and Administrative Officer to handle on-boarding processes, maintain employee records, and manage office supplies. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma, be bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in related roles and demonstrate good communication and organizational skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment with immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Able to start work immediately is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle on-boarding and off boarding processes.
  • Maintain staff attendance and leave applications.
  • Support overall HR needs of the company.
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Perform general administrative functions.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Handling On-boarding process. Prepare for new staff onboarding checklist & company assets allocation.
  • Handling Off boarding process. Exit interview and handover checklist.
  • Always updates & maintain staff attendance/ leave application is tally with the HR software system.
  • Collaborate & assist in all company activities.
  • Support in overall HR needs, programs, and services of the company in line with company policies and programs.
  • Full responsible in office needs: office maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance. Ensure the office adheres to the latest cleanliness requirements.
  • Full responsible for all the offices’ supplies and vendors, ensure the inventories are updated.
  • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers in sourcing items as well as for cost efficiency.
  • Support in staff requisition such as IT equipment/accessories requested.
  • Responsible for the full scope of general administrative functions of the company including the renewal of permits, licenses, expatriate etc.
  • Other ad-hoc and administrative duties including and not limited to HR and Admin tasks assigned by the Superior.
Qualifications
  • Minimum requirement of Diploma holders or the equivalent of any discipline.
  • Good written and spoken in both English & Bahasa Malaysia languages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good working attitude and communication.
  • Able to maintain high confidentiality.
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and require minimal supervision.
