Work Location: Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities
  • Multilingual Documentation: Translate, proofread, and prepare company documents, notices, reports, and daily correspondence in Chinese, English, and Malay. Responsible for writing, translating, and distributing meeting minutes. Maintain and update multilingual administrative files, records, and databases.
  • Communication & Reception: Serve as a linguistic bridge for internal and external communication, assisting with inquiries from employees, visitors, suppliers, and government departments across different language backgrounds. Handle multilingual phone calls, providing professional reception and guidance. Assist in organizing the reception and itinerary arrangements for factory visitors, including overseas clients or audit teams.
  • Daily Administrative Support: Manage office supply inventory, procurement requests, and distribution to ensure adequate stock. Assist in scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and processing related expense reimbursements. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of office areas and coordinate basic administrative logistics.
  • Data & Information Management: Perform data entry, verification, and statistics with high accuracy and attention to detail. Safeguard and manage confidential documents and information appropriately.
Job Requirements
  • Education: SPM qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or related role. Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Malay.
